Xiaomi Redmi 2 with 4G LTE, 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC announced
Xiaomi has announced the Redmi 2 4G smartphone in China as expected. It has the same 4.7-inch HD screen present in Redmi and Redmi 1S, but this is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit SoC and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with MIUI 6 on top. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has Dual SIM support with 4G LTE (TDD-LTE (B38/B39/B40 /B41), FDD-LTE (B3 / B7) on both the SIM cards. It also comes in separate China Unicom and China Telecom variants with support for suitable bands.
