CES 2015: LG shows off dual edge display smartphone prototype

LG showed off a new display featuring dual curved edge at a special CES 2015 meeting, according to reports. The prototype has a 6 inch "Active Bending" Plastic AMOLED screen that folds over the two edges of the smartphone.

LG Display's concept device curves on both its left and right edges and has 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It has a 6-inch screen, which edges serve as narrow secondary screens that users can swipe and tap through. For e.g., users can access apps as well as missed notifications from the secondary screens.
