With price almost Equal to Oneplus 5, this is why LG G6 makes more sense

LG G6 is one of the most underrated flagships of the year. It was launched in sub $600 price bracket globally and at 50k in India. But now just after such short span of time, the price dropped to $450 and 35k globally and in India respectively which is almost equal to or at least close to Oneplus 5. Here are 5 points why Lg G6 makes more sense than buying a Oneplus 5 today.

1) Design

No one can deny the fact that Oneplus 5 is a straight copy on iPhone 7s, and it's really beyond my understanding why Oneplus did that. a brand which was creating its own identity what was the need of copying a design like cheap Chinese companies. On the other hand LG G6 is a gorgeous phone to look at and hold. It's all metal and glass design adds to its premium looks.  In this price range, you usually don't come to see such premium class design language.

2) Display

It has got a full vision bezel less Quad HD display with auto HDR mode which makes everything you look at eye catching, with deep blacks and popping colors. The display is definitely better than FHD panel on Oneplus 5. Unlike other phones with a similar screen size, the large 14.47cm (5.7) display fits in your hand, giving you a big screen experience without the inconvenience of a big phone. It has got an amazing 80 screen to body ratio which no one else in this price bracket has to offer.

The LG G6 is sculpted from aluminum and glass and is available in platinum and black. The 18:9 FullVision display with rounded corners and narrow bezels conclude the harmonious design.

3) A Few Extra Perks

Wireless charging, IP68 Water and Dust resistant, G6 comes with all of these making it a future proof device. Oneplus have none of these. You can shoot those underwater shots from G6 on other hand Oneplus even wont survive a few splashes.

4) Great Camera

The two cameras on the rear have the same 13-megapixel sensors, but different lenses. There's one standard lens with a 71-degree field of view which can go down to an aperture of f/1.8, and one 125-degree wide-angle lens which can only go down to f/2.4 in low light. You switch between them using a toggle control in the app, and it's pretty seamless. The front camera has a 5-megapixel sensor and 100-degree lens, but the app lets you crop photos to an 82-degree field of view which gives you roughly the same effect. Video can be recorded at up to 4K. Long story short it has optical image stabilization which Oneplus doesn't have. low light photography is far better in Lg G6 and video quality of 4k footage is better to thanks to optical image stabilization.

5) Flagship Class User Experience

A Flagship is a Flagship, no denying in that. LG G6 was meant to compete with likes of Samsung Galaxy S8 which is a great phone. This means LG G6 will provide S8 level of user experience. While Oneplus is a budget flagship which has to cut corners here and there to keep the price low. This is simple fact that proves that Lg would be a better but today considering the same price. Also Lg g6 comes with IP 68 rated dust and water resistance and also have wireless charging which are great perks to have in your pocket.

"No doubt Oneplus 5 is a stellar smartphone and it has snapdragon 825 as compared to 821 on Lg which makes it much snappier than Lg counterpart, but snappy performance is not only aspect which makes a user experience and in other aspects LG just rips oneplus apart.
